“Transcending International Borders…”
The National Cancer Institute (NCI), Nagpur, accorded a warm and gracious welcome to international delegates arriving for the global conference “Oncology Beyond Borders”, scheduled to be held at the NCI Convention Centre, Jamtha Campus, from February 14 to 15, 2026.
This landmark international conference will bring together eminent oncologists, researchers, policymakers, and healthcare leaders from across the world to deliberate on collaborative approaches, transformative innovations, and future pathways in cancer care that transcend geographical boundaries.
The conference will be formally inaugurated on February 14, 2026, by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis.
On the eve of the conference, around 40 international delegates visited the NCI campus. They toured the state-of-the-art facilities and engaged in meaningful interactions with the clinical and administrative teams. Deeply impressed by the institute’s comprehensive services, advanced infrastructure, and patient-centric approach, the delegates described NCI as a truly unique and exemplary centre for cancer care.
The visiting dignitaries were welcomed by Shailesh Joglekar, General Secretary and CEO of NCI, Dr. Anand Pathak, Medical Director, and Shashi Mandapaty, Director – Global Operations and Strategy (NCI).
