Deputy Chief Minister Shri Ajit Pawar, along with his wife Smt. Sunetra Pawar (Rajya Sabha MP) and son Shri Parth Pawar, visited the National Cancer Institute (NCI), Nagpur on Friday.
They were welcomed by NCI’s CEO & General Secretary Shri Shailesh Joglekar and Medical Director Dr. Anand Pathak.
Calling the visit “long overdue,” Shri Pawar expressed deep appreciation for NCI’s state-of-the-art infrastructure and comprehensive healthcare facilities. The Pawar family toured the hospital’s wards and laboratories, offering words of encouragement to the dedicated Team NCI, led by Shri Joglekar and Dr. Pathak.
While watching the documentary “Making of the NCI”, Shri Pawar showed keen interest in learning about the vision and execution of this landmark healthcare project.
