Governing Board
NCI has always been envisioned as a comprehensive and holistic cancer care eco-system for one and all. To realise this dream, it is important that we have the expertise and knowledge of the people coming from different walks of life. The governing body stands tall in making NCI a holistic cancer care facility. The governing body at NCI thus consists of stalwarts from different fields of expertise to enable people to get the best of cancer treatment and research.
Adv Sunil Manohar
PresidentEminent lawyer Advocate Sunil Manohar was appointed as the Advocate General of Maharashtra, 18 November 2014 and was designated as senior counsel of Bombay High Court on September 2, 2011
Manohar started his law practice under his father VR Manohar just after graduation. Today he has 27 years of experience in legal field. An alumni of Somalwar High School in Nagpur, he obtained his commerce degree from GS Commerce College and did his law from Nagpur University's Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar College of Law.
He pursued his post-graduation in commerce before joining the 3-year LLB course receiving 8 medals, including 4 gold medals during the convocation ceremony in 1988 for topping course. He is also a former Ranji player.

A Commerce Graduate with excellent managerial and interpersonal skills for business development, he is widely known for his excellent networking and public relations. He is Vice-Chairman and Non-Executive Director of ‘SMS Infrastructure’ a company having presence in core development sectors and is a special invitee on BJP’s National Executive Council.
Shailesh Joglekar
General Secretary & CEOA commerce graduate, he is one of the founders of Bhonsala Military School, a residential school imparting military education to 950+ students.He has administered the Bhonsala Military School for 18 years as Secretary & CEO and is presently, the Chairman of School Committee of Bhonsala Military School, Nagpur.
He is an ex-member of Central Grievances Committee of Western Coalfields Ltd. appointed by Ministry of Coal, Govt. of India. He is member of Governing Board of CHME Society which governs Bhonsala Military School at Nashik and Nagpur.
Anand Aurangabadkar
TreasurerA Chartered Accountant by profession, he has more than 25 years post qualification experience in finance, accounting, auditing and tax laws. He has been one of the Promoters & Directors of Info spectrum India Pvt. Ltd., a software company. He was Centre Head of Persistent-Nagpur.
He has been a visiting faculty at National Academy of Direct Taxes and the Department of Business Management of Nagpur University and faculty for Nagpur branch of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Dr. Anand Pathak
Medical DirectorHe is a renowned cancer specialist and has an experience of 28 years in oncology care. He has been trained in medical oncology and hemato-oncology in Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai.
He is a certified Medical Oncologist of European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO). He has previously done visiting observership at Royal Marsden Hospital, London and M D Anderson Cancer Centre, Houston.
