Laboratory Medicine
An integral part of cancer detection and curing which includes Cytology, Surgical Pathology including Frozen Section, Haematology including Bone-Marrow studies, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Biochemical Tests , Microbiology , Immunoassays
- NABL accreditation in discipline of Clinical Biochemistry and Haematology (for CBC).
- NCI has established the First Molecular Biology & Translational Research Laboratory in Central India, with a capacity for higher quality sequencing services, with Next Seq 1000 and Next Seq 2000 systems. The following molecular diagnostic tests will be carried out in this lab.
- Conventional PCR: BCR_ ABL, PML-RARA, EWSR1, JAK2, ITD FLT3.
- Real Time PCR: EGFR, BCR-ABL QUANTITATIVE, PMLRARA, BRAF, BRCA1 & 2, AML Multiplex panel, ALL Multiplex panel.
- Sequencing: Lung cancer panel, Colorectal cancer panel, HRD Panel, Comprehensive genomic profiling, Pharmacogenomics panel, Myeloid (DNA + RNA) panel, Whole exome sequencing, Liquid biopsy panels for various cancer types.
- All these test can be performed on fresh tissue, FFPE blocks, Whole blood and bone marrow.
