Department of Medicine and Critical Care at NCI Jamtha is a crucial cog in the wheel providing high quality medical care for cancer patients. We envisage providing state of the art health care to all our needy patients with empathy and compassion to bring smile on their faces and happiness in their lives. We also aim to undertake post graduate fellowship course and conduct high quality clinical research.
Department of Medicine and Critical care is providing services to out patients, indoor patients, day care patients and Medical intensive care unit patients. MICU is equipped with hydraulic ICU beds, Central Oxygen, Suction and Air supply, Multipara monitor, high end mechanical ventilators both invasive and non invasive. We also have facility for Hemodialysis, ABG, bed side ultrasonography and echocardiography. We understand the value and significance of providing timely, efficient and effective critical care services and strive to accomplish that. We have zero tolerance for cross infection and an Antibiotic Steering Committee to optimize antibiotic use and prevent emergence of bacterial resistance is our USP.
